Delivery Options
Bulk deliveries
We have bulk delivery options allowing for up to 26 Full Pallets as well as Half Pallet or Quarter Pallet options. Orders placed by 12pm will be dispatched on the same working day. (Subject to stock levels)
Our delivery partners aim to deliver within 2 - 3 working days from dispatch depending on your location. Sometimes during busy periods deliveries may take longer.
Next day, timed and Saturday delivery may also be available, please contact us to discuss any extra charges.
Small Deliveries
Depending on your location we may be able to facilitate deliveries smaller than a Quarter Pallet. However we will try to schedule deliveries of this type to coincide with each other in order to reduce the environmental impact. If you are located in postcode areas CA, DG or TD please contact us to discuss. Orders placed by 12pm will usually be dispatched within 7 working days at a maximum.
DELIVERY POLICY UPDATE 1ST FEBRUARY 2024.
As we are all aware, business costs such as fuel and vehicle maintenance remain very high. We have therefore had to review the way we do small local deliveries to ensure that it continues to be a viable option for our customers.
With this in mind we can confirm that with immediate effect any order of less than ten items will incur a delivery charge. Alternatively we can refer you to one of our local, trusted distributers. Orders of ten items or more will continue to receive free delivery.

Onsite Loadall or forklift will be required when accepting delivery of Full Pallet containing over 50 bags, due to weight restrictions. If this equipment is unavailable you may be required to assist the driver in removing some bags manually.
Full Pallet = 50-60 bags maximum
Half pallet = 25 bags maximum
Quarter Pallet = 12 bags maximum
*This does not apply to Shavings and Rape Straw which are a bulky item
